SECTOR 27-A
Internal development works were completed in this Sector of our land measuring 25 acres in 1986. Approved water connection from KWSB is available. The PMT of 25-KVA for electric connection has been installed by K Electric.
As per sale agreement executed on 8th Feb. 1978, between the Government of Sindh through Deputy Commissioner (East), Karachi and Society a piece of land measuring 25 acres in Sector 27-A of Scheme 33, Karachi was allotted to the Society in the year 1978. According to approved layout plan the position of plots is as under:

SECTOR 52-A
The Society was allotted 14 acres of land in Sector 53-A of Scheme 33, Karachi and allotment letters to 79 members were also issued but the land of Sector 53-A came under dispute and due to deficit of land in this Sector, the Society was allotted an alternate land measuring 7.2 acres in Sector 52-A of Scheme 33, Karachi and 6.8 acres in original Sector 53-A.
In 1994 the physical possession of both lands was given by the Government. The layout plan of 7.2 Acers in Sector 52-A has been finally approved by the Master Plan Group of Offices. The internal development of 7.2 acres of land in this Sector has been fully completed. All services and amenities are available. 17 houses out of 50 plots are constructed and members/owner is living there.

The Lay out Plan of Society’s 6.8 acres of land in Sector 53-A was already approved from Master Plan Department, KDA since 2006, vide their letter No: URP.33/Sec.53-A/MP&EC/80/UD: 381/L, dated 30.09.2006. The internal development work on this land will be started very soon by the Society.
